Review: The whole team that supported my late Mother were professional, kind and caring. They had to travel a fair way, three times a day from city to village through heavy traffic to narrow lanes yet always arrived within the promised time frame. Not only that, but they also arrived with a positive attitude, smiling faces and kind words for both my mother and me. They ensured that her dignity was maintained. She was asked if she was happy to have male carers, which she was. Do not hesitate to do that as they and the lovely ladies are fabulous. The manager that we dealt was excellent and was involved with my mother’s care to ensure that we had the support that we needed.

Review: The carers were always polite, friendly and mostly on time if they were delayed, they would ring up and let us know they will be late coming in. (It did not happen often). If they were concerned about my wife’s medical needs, they would tell me and I would get necessary, help. The management would ring up and make sure were happy with the service they were providing which we were, I would recommend Zera Healthcare to anyone who asked about them.
